What do I need to read an ebook?
A to Z Kinder Stuff uses Adobe Acrobat for all our
ebooks, since Acrobat is available cross-platform (both PC and MAC).
Many new computers come with the Adobe Acrobat Reader. But if you do
not have a copy you can download it free from Adobe's
website.
How do I download my ebook after purchase?
After your purchase you will be redirected to a download page where
you will be given a link(s) to download the ebooks. You will also
receive an email with the download links in the email.
What if I forgot to download my ebook purchase?
If you missed the ebook download page after your
purchase, or if you accidentally closed your browser window before it
could download, don't worry. You can still download your ebooks.
Check your email as you will receive an email with the
download links in it.
If I have a problem with my order, who
should I contact?
If you have any trouble downloading an ebook or
have any questions about your order contact A to Z Kinder Stuff for customer
assistance.
When I click the link in my email I get an
error message.
Sometimes, free email service providers, like
hotmail, may not allow you to download by clicking from their email.
Try to copy and paste the download link to your browser location bar
and press enter. Still having problems send us an email--customer
assistance.
I did not receive any email containing the
download link.
Please ensure that your email will accept emails
from custsupport@atozkidsestore.com otherwise you may not get our
response (and will no doubt blame us!!!).
Make sure to type your email address correctly.
Check your spam/junk folder. Contact us with your details and we will
send you a new email with the download links--customer
assistance.
